Trader Joe’s items I’m loving

I feel like Trader Joe’s is always killing it when it comes to paleo and whole30 items, but I wanted to share some of my favorites with y’all! Let me know y’alls tried and true favorites, as well as what seasonal items you love!

Organic Creamy Cashew Fiesta Dip

Trader Joe’s nailed it with this item. As a Texan, I know queso. I know how it should taste and normally I’m not a huge fan of the queso imposters. But this queso imposter tastes…like queso. It truly blows my mind. Oh and did I mention it melts?! Yeah, game changer.

Ingredients: Cashews, potatoes, carrots, onions, green chile peppers, tomato paste, salt, vinegar, garlic powder, natural flavors and jalapeno peppers.

Pairs well with: Siete nacho chips

Cauliflower Gnocchi

I know this product has been around for a while, but my local TJ’s had been out for FOREVER. Once I saw it back in stock, I bought four bags. This is great for an easy weeknight dinner. Some of y’all told me to try it in the air fryer…UNREAL. It turned out so perfectly crispy. We did it on 390 degrees for 15 minutes, tossing every 5. No added oil or anything.

Ingredients: Cauliflower, cassava flour, potato starch, extra virgin oil, salt.

Pairs well with: Wine. Or homemade pesto!

Just Mango Slices

Once again, this is a Tj’s staple. I love these because they don’t have any added sugar. When I need just a bite of something sweet – this is my go to. It’s chewy but not overpowering in any way.

Ingredients: Dried Mango.

Pairs well with: Topo Chico.

Sunflower Seed Cups

I think these are seasonal, but I saw them back in my Tj’s during my Whole30. I haven’t bought one yet, but I plan to purchase some during my next trip. This is what of my favorite treats because not only are they delicious, but the ingredients are SO GOOD! My biggest non-paleo weakness is Recess and these truly might be better. OH! and they’re only 99 cents. Unreal.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter), sunflower seeds, powdered sugar (cane sugar, tapioca starch), cocoa butter, sea salt.

Pairs well with: Truly anything.

Some things I’m looking forward to trying ASAP

What are some of your Trader Joe’s favorites? I love that they’re always introducing new things and I’m always looking for new things to try!
