Whole30 Breakfast Sandwich

While I’m slowly working to gather some content for the blog, I wanted to keep today’s post simple…so here’s a Thursday throwback to a recipe I created with Pederson’s when I did an Instagram takeover in May of 2018. Enjoy y’all!

Whole30 Breakfast Sandwich
Servings: 4
Ingredients
  • Whole30 Approved Breakfast Patties (Pederson's makes some as well as a few other brands)
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 4 Eggs Scrambled
  • 1 Avocado
  • Hot Sauce (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees or Air Fryer to 360 degrees

  2. Cut the sweet potato into "buns' and place on a baking sheet or in the air fyer

  3. Bake for 10 minutes 

  4. Cook the eggs

  5. Heat up the patties on the stove top

  6. Cut up the avocado

  7. Construct your sandwich and boom! Done!
