Whole30: Week 4 Meal Plan

Second Heart Paleo

On this round of Whole30, I feel like I’m running a half marathon and can see the finish line up ahead, but I’m not excited to cross it. Does that make sense at all? I’m excited for this round to be over, but I don’t really plan to stray from the paleo life after these 30 days.

This past week I did so much better not over making food. I have the perfect amount of leftovers and I’m so proud of myself! I’ve felt pretty good most of the week, except for some stomach pain, like what I’ve dealt with in the past. Lets just hope it’s a fluke and not something I’ll need to go to the GI doc for.

Meal plan for Jan. 30 – Feb. 3

Monday

Breakfast: Prosciutto, sweet potato, egg and spinach cup, avocado and coffee with cashew milk.

Lunch: Tuna salad and potatoes.

Dinner: Hamburger on a bed of lettuce and potatoes.

Wednesday

Workout: Camp Gladiator at 6:45am

Thursday

Breakfast: Wildway hot cereal.

Lunch: Leftover chicken fingers

Dinner: Leftover chili from the other week

Workout: Rest day.

Friday

Breakfast:Prosciutto, sweet potato, egg and spinach cup, avocado and coffee with cashew milk.

Lunch: Leftover chili

Dinner: Leftovers (if I have any) or steak!

Workout: Camp Gladiator at 6:45am

Side note: I don’t plan out the weekends because I’m normally at home and it’s easy for me to pull something together.

I have an exciting recipe to share with y’all on Tuesday and a Camp Gladiator review to share too. Camp Gladiator is one of my favorite workouts and pretty much my main workout community, so I wanted to share with you all why I love it some much and what it’s all about!

I hope you all have a great week! I can’t believe it’s already February! Really, where does the time go?

Yum, the prosciutto, sweet potato, egg and spinach cup sounds delicious. I’ve never eaten paleo, but my sister does and loves it. I think I’ll try it sometime.
