Summer Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 hot peppers, seeds removed
  • papaloquelite
  • 1 sweet green cowhorn, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 juice of lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice or chop all of the ingredients and add to a food processor. Once everything is in the food processor, set it on low for a few minutes. I prefer my salsa finely chopped, but if you prefer a more chunky salsa, pulse to the wanted consistency. Serve with chips, tortillas or over eggs!
