Cut up all the ingredients. Remove the seeds from the jalapeno and the stems from the cilantro and parsley.
Place everything in a food processor (or blender) and blend until desired texture. I prefer mine smooth.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut up the potatoes into cubes.
Place parchment paper on a large cooking sheet, spread the potatoes on the sheet.
Spray the potatoes with avocado oil spray.
Sprinkle sea salt, pepper and Tony's on the potatoes.
Cook for 35 minutes at 400 degrees and broil for 5 additional minutes.
Place a cast iron skillet on the stove on medium heat.
Add ghee to the cast iron skillet.
Pat the steak dry and place it in the cast iron skillet.
Cook on each side for around 5 minutes for medium well.
After cooking, let the steak rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
